Lettuce or mixed greens
1 onion (red or other)
Add other seeds, nuts and fruit (optional)
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Mustard
1 Garlic Crushed
1. Toast almonds using a small skillet to brown. Set aside.
2. Combine all salad dressing ingredients and shake until mixed
3. Combine all in bowl and serve.
