You will need some rice paper to wrap these rolls (They are usually near the sushi section of the grocery store).
Directions for rice paper: Wet the rice paper under running water for 10 sec and put on cutting board and start adding the living Boston lettuce, living pea shoots, onion, avocado, carrots, peppers. Any fruits and veggies – anything you want. and the rice paper should now be very soft and pliable. Once done simply roll the rice paper as you would a tortilla and then pinch the 2 ends together. Or roll it up like a gift (see video for how to roll). For the sauce I like a sweet thai chilli sauce others use a peanut sauce.
