Chicken Divan


2 Stalks Broccoli cooked
One Medium Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
4 Breaded Chicken Fillets
¼ Cup Margarine
¼ cup Flour
¼ Tsp Pepper
2 Cups Veggie Broth
2 Tbsp Lemon Jucie
½ Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Nutrition Yeast
2 Tbsp Mayonaise
½ Cup Cheese

2/3 Bread Crumbs
2Tbsp Margarine
¼ Tsp Salt

In a pot, heat up margarine and cook garlic and onions until tender.
Add flour, pepper still until smooth
Add broth and whisk until lump free.
Add milk, lemon juice, nutritional yeast and mayo. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Add Chicken and stir.
In a separate pot prepare the topping. Heat up margarine add bread crumbs and stir until crumbs are coated. Add salt.
